Join us Thursday, May 2nd, at 6 p.m., for our monthly "First Thursday: Faith and Race, Carry It On"
This month, we'll address problems with newly elected Sheriff Alex Villanueva, with the ACLU's Director of Criminal Justice Advocacy, Jess Farris, J.D.
After that, we want to devote most of our attention to the jail/mental health challenge AND to the need to have an accountable District Attorney.
We'll have breakout sessions, action planning, food, and community building.
Light refreshments will be available, but you must RSVP. Seating will be limited. Register today to hold your spot.
