The annual Christmas Party hosted by the Historical Society of the Crescenta Valley and the La Crescenta Woman's Club is Monday, Dec 21 starting at 7 pm at the La Crescenta Woman's Club, 4044 La Crescenta Ave., at the corner of La Crescenta Ave. and Piedmont Ave. Everyone is invited to join us for a potluck party.
There will be tables out to display items that bring back memories of that special Christmas. We will be serenaded by the very talented Charismatics, Crescenta Valley HS's top vocal performing group.
Please bring a special toy, decoration, or photo that harkens back to a Christmas or other winter holiday in your past as well as a food or dessert to share. We love to see photos of past winter holidays in the Crescenta Valley.

With this event happening Monday evening, let me reprise Sharon's post as a reminder: The annual Christmas Party hosted by the Historical Society of the Crescenta Valley and the La Crescenta Woman's Club is Monday, Dec 21 starting at 7 pm at the La Crescenta Woman's Club, 4044 La Crescenta Ave., at the corner of La Crescenta Ave. and Piedmont Ave. Everyone is invited to join us for a potluck party.

Please bring a special toy, decoration, or photo that harkens back to a Christmas or other winter holiday in your past as well as a food or dessert to share. We love to see photos of past winter holidays in the Crescenta Valley. I won't be able to go because of the hellish workday I'll have -- but I hope others see this and will attend. This topic garnered an unusually high number of page views for our message board the first two days from the heavy guest traffic then, even more remarkable because almost all of the members read the "25 most recent posts," which don't tally as views for the individual threads.
