I'm not sure what good it'll do, but I signed it anyway.
My aunt tells me she saw It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World there when it was new. My parents saw 2001: A Space Odyssey there. Here's a (possibly incomplete) list of movies I saw there over the years:
Jesus Christ Superstar, Bugsy Malone(?), Fantasia (1978), The Wiz, The Muppet Movie, Hair, The Black Hole, Saturn 3, Heavy Metal: The Movie, D.O.A., Back to the Future 3, Arachnophobia, Fantasia (1990-ish), Welton Beckett retrospective

Here's another update. Looks like people are working on reopening it, but there's been a delay.
The other month, The Vista in Silverlake reopened under the ownership of Quentin Tarantino on the event of its 100-year anniversary. The Egyptian also reopened a few months ago, though it's 100-year anniversary was last year. (One of the early movies to play there was Robin Hood with Douglas Fairbanks.)
