Friends of the Montrose Peace Vigil, and our favorite scientists, took this amazing photo while witnessing the total eclipse from somewhere in the middle of America. Thank you for this stellar image! And the website covering the story of the 1979 eclipse.

We took this photo during the eclipse in August. The next U.S. eclipse is in 2024. Just as in 1979, let us wish:
