Too elaborate for the first year, I think, Fantastic! That song has been out for seven years and somehow I had never heard of "Peace" or the Luminaries. Thank you for turning me on, Sharon! I offer two more peace songs from this century: one in the Texas folk tradition, the other classic British pop. I'm not proposing that anybody learn these to play on the corner this Saturday, but they're always worth hearing -- among the best anti-war songs ever recorded, I think -- and both are worthy additions to the videos Sharon posted on the previous page of this thread. Steve Earle released "Rich Man's War" on his album, "The Revolution Starts Now," in 2004. This video shows the lyrics: Ian Hunter and the Rant Band perform "Flowers" on the "Later...with Jools Holland" television show in England in 2010:
